- Flammable or explosive materials
Definitions & Exceptions
- Special waste (non-hazardous only) - any waste material, which, because of its physical characteristics, chemical makeup or biological nature requires either special handling procedures or permitting, or poses an unusual threat to human health, equipment, property or the environment
- Appliances / White goods - refrigerators, ranges, water heaters, freezers, unit air conditioners, washing machines, clothes dryers and other similar domestic and commercial large appliances (as long as any chemicals and refrigerants have been discharged)
