Working in Fort Stockton and Pecos County

Fort Stockton is the seat of Pecos County and the main crossroads of the southern Permian Basin, where I-10 meets US-285 about 80 miles south of Odessa. The economy runs on Delaware Basin oil and gas, with ranching and interstate traffic in the mix.

The newest piece is the biggest: about 17 miles north of town, Pacifico Energy has begun building GW Ranch, a gas-power and data center campus its developer calls the largest in the country. A build at that scale runs for years and throws off construction waste and crew demand a standard hauler in a town this size is not set up to absorb.

That is the work we handle. Roll-off containers for construction and commercial jobs in town, well-site and lease waste under our Railroad Commission and IHW transporter licensing, contaminated soil hauling, and sanitation for crews staged at remote sites.

We run the area off our Odessa yard and route disposal to Diamondback Landfill in Odessa, owned within our parent company, so your load stays in our hands from pickup through disposal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We deliver roll-off containers and crew sanitation across Pecos County, including sites well outside Fort Stockton itself. That includes the construction going up north of town, where Pacifico Energy's GW Ranch campus has broken ground on a multi-year build.

Fort Stockton is in our outer delivery ring. so the delivery fee is a flat $250, . We plan routing and delivery windows around the distance. Call 800-996-9862 with your site location and we will confirm access and timing.

Yes, for class 1 and class 2 non-hazardous material. We coordinate TCLP testing and move the soil under a Railroad Commission of Texas contaminated soil hauling license and an Industrial and Hazardous Waste transporter license, credentials most dumpster companies working the Delaware Basin do not carry.

If a sample comes back above class 2, that material needs a specialized hazardous waste hauler, and we will tell you so up front rather than move it. More on our authorizations is on our Permits page.

Yes. For crews staged at remote sites, whether on a lease or a long construction job, we run full man camp service: portable restrooms, large quantity holding tanks, pump outs, and kitchen waste containers on a daily schedule. For smaller jobs we drop standalone portable restrooms at the site. We size and schedule servicing around crew count and how hard the units get used.

For a container on your own property or job site, you generally do not. If it has to sit on a public street or right-of-way, check with the City of Fort Stockton or Pecos County on local placement rules before delivery. We can walk through what your site needs when you call.

For general guidance on dumpster permits across the area, see our permits page.
