Yes, for class 1 and class 2 non-hazardous material. We coordinate TCLP testing and move the soil under a Railroad Commission of Texas contaminated soil hauling license and an Industrial and Hazardous Waste transporter license, credentials that most dumpster companies in the Spraberry play do not carry.
If a sample comes back above class 2, that material needs a specialized hazardous waste hauler, and we will tell you so up front rather than move it. More on our authorizations is on our Permits page.
There is almost no housing out here, so crews are usually staged at the site. For larger crews, we run full man camp service: portable restrooms, large quantity holding tanks, pump outs, and kitchen waste containers on a daily schedule. For smaller jobs we drop standalone portable restrooms at the site. We size and schedule servicing around crew count and how hard the units get used.
Garden City is unincorporated, so there is no city permit office to clear. For a container on your own property or a lease, you generally do not need a permit. If it has to sit on a county road or right-of-way, check with Glasscock County on local placement rules before delivery.
